Medicaid Enrollment Assistance for the Aged, Blind and Disabled

Representatives from the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council will be available to assist aged, blind and disabled patrons enroll in the following programs: Medicaid, Medicaid Buy-In for Working People with Disabilities, Medicaid Spend-Down, Medicare Savings, and Medicaid for care in a nursing home. Assistance will be given on a first come, first served basis. Please bring proof of home address, income, financial resources, and if applicable, proof of supplemental insurance.
