Event Details

Join this book club where we will discuss John Bateson's book "The Education of a Coroner: Lessons in Investigating Death."
An entertaining account of the mysterious, hair-raising, and heartbreaking cases handled by the coroner of Marin County, California throughout his four decades on the job—from high-profile deaths and serial killers to inmate murders and Golden Gate Bridge suicides. The author of this book will join us via Zoom from California for a question and answer period. Copies of this book are available at the Circulation Desk beginning February 4 or you may download a copy on Libby.
