Join local cookbook author Margaret M. Johnson for a delightful tour of the Emerald Isle. In this presentation Ms. Johnson will discuss the transformation of Irish food from traditional breads and puddings to modern desserts with examples (and samples) from her cookbooks. Ms. Johnson will also include tips for traveling to Ireland.
