The Dwyer Project serves Veterans, service members and their families with post-service transitional issues to include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).

This support group is for people in the early stage of Alzheimer’s disease/dementia and offers activities and discussions that will encourage social engagement, disease education, and a supportive environment.
