The Dwyer Project serves veterans, service members, and their families with post-service transitional issues, including post- traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).

This program is for patrons 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum or those who have other specific needs. Caregivers are encouraged to attend program with patron.
