Join retired teacher Bruce Kagan to learn all about how women gained independence through the bicycle and motorcycle industry. Be inspired as Bruce highlights women who dared to ride the road less traveled.

Join Rinette for another array of spring-themed crafts. Create two flowers on canvas with wooden eggs and a sign for your tier tray. Please bring a paint brush, scissors and a glue gun.

Start your child’s crafting journey early and watch their creativity soar! After storytime, we’ll bring the tales to life with a simple project.

Children must be accompanied by a chaperone 16 or older. Adults must be accompanied by a child in fifth grade or below.

Come have a blast and play the classic game of Pictionary! Break into teams and let the fun begin. Can’t draw? That’s ok, you just need to win!

Participants will learn about the opioid crisis, signs of addiction and overdose, and how to use Narcan. Attendees will receive a free Narcan kit. The program is sponsored by New York State Senator Alexis Weik.

Hey teens! Let’s help the Children’s Department celebrate the grand finale of National Library Week. Help local authors, assist with crafts and join in on the fun activities. Lunch will be provided.
