AARP Tax Assistance

IRS-certified AARP Tax-Aide volunteers will be at the Library to assist individuals with low to moderate income in preparing and filing their tax returns. Please bring a government-issued photo ID, Social Security card, 2025 federal and state tax returns, income documents (W-2s, 1099s, etc.), brokerage statements, mortgage interest, medical/dental expenses, donations, property taxes, educational expenses, and a voided check for direct deposit or payment. For joint returns, both spouses must be present with their own photo ID and Social Security card. Please call for an appointment starting January 15. Please pick up a tax information packet at the Information Desk before your appointment.
